Cindy spent almost a decade building up her research expertise at various top research agencies prior to her foray into banking. She has supported clients across industries in adjusting to the impact that digital disruption had on brand building activities. Listening to customers or clients is more prevalent than ever, the question is not if, but how. Currently, she is part of SCB’s Group Research and Client Insights, looking after a global client engagement feedback programme that supports Corporate and Institutional Banking teams in delivering best in class service and products to clients. Cindy endeavours to deliver insights not just as data, but stories with clear messaging. She love being in the company of others who inspire with their knowledge, vision and resilience.
