Nichola Rastrick is CEO of Insights at Kantar Singapore. She believes unconditionally in the power of big insight to inspire bolder decisions.
Nichola began her career at Millward Brown UK, attracted by a graduate recruitment experience which fueled her curiosity and her desire for storytelling. She relocated to Singapore in 1998 to help grow the Millward Brown Asia business, and then led key regional account development across Europe. Nichola returned to Singapore in 2002 as Managing Director, servicing clients across SE Asia. She set up the Philippines office before leaving to focus on her growing family.
Nichola was enticed to re-join the corporate world by an offer to launch the Singapore office of boutique qualitative research agency, Firestar. Two years later, Nichola returned to Millward Brown as Managing Director Singapore, where she transformed the business focus from research to brand building, and in 2014 was appointed Managing Director South East Asia.
Nichola holds a joint honours BA in Modern Languages from Bristol University, UK. Recognising how pivotal her education has been, Nichola actively supports educational causes to improve the choices available to girls of all backgrounds. Nichola and her family are happy to call Singapore home.
