Always curious, she is an expert in building understanding from nothing – and making things happen. With Danone she managed to build the innovation strategy and at the same time, advocate for women leadership. Having marketing, and business background – she then continued her journey with L’Oreal group, where she helped the company’s mission to become the #1 beauty company in Indonesia as Chief Consumer Officer. Her expertise varies from segmentation, digital listening, innovation to business insight.
