Anjali has over 20 years’ regional experience in creating and implementing customer centric strategies to drive results. She is a strong believer in the data-driven mindset with CRM at the beginning of the customer journey and ecommerce at the end, leading to repeat purchases. And have successfully applied this approach across industries like Beauty, Retail, Airlines, Mobile, Insurance, FMCG, Education and more.

As an individual she is a strategic thinker who does not mind getting her hands dirty so as to learn, grow, innovate and shine. She is curious by nature and in line with often upgrading my skill example her recent certification with MIT on Understanding AI for business applications.

Currently in the role of Sr. Manager with Reckitt Benckiser Health, she is responsible for making Digital, CRM, Ecommerce and DTC to work together to deliver the growth outlined for the business in the region. This role is across channels and also includes Mobile (AI, IOT & ML), Social Media, Search, SEO, SEM, Display and Programmatics.
