George Chua is an Associate Partner at IBM’s Global Center of Competence for Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment, where he offers business analytics, price optimization, and digital marketing services to clients in the global telecom, media and entertainment industries. Prior to IBM, he was Senior Vice President / Head of Intelligence at Celcom Axiata Berhad where he led a division that offers market research, analytics, pricing strategy and marketing finance services to internal stakeholders. George is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, a member of the World Economic Association, and the Internet Society. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from the British Computer Society, an MBA with distinction from James Cook University, Australia, and is a part-time doctoral candidate in managerial economics at SMC University, Switzerland.
