James Breeze, Objective Experience

James Breeze is Chief Experience Officer of Objective Experience, a Global Customer Experience Research Consultancy in Singapore and Sydney. He is also Director of Objective Eye Tracking, a Tobii Eye Tracker Partner that assists academics and commercial entities with eye tracking research across SE Asia, Australia and New Zealand. James has a BSc in Science, BA (Hons Psychology) and Masters of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University.

Discovering eye tracking technology at a time when it was relatively new and unheard of, James has become a pioneer and expert in delivering valuable consumer insights. Since Objective Experience started in Australia in 2007, James grew the consultancy to its current team of 30 and expanded into Singapore in 2013. His company utilises eye tracking to study the subconscious behaviours of consumers to derive new insights and conclusions that are highly beneficial to corporations, marketers and advertisers.

Objective Experience specializes in customer experience strategy, shopper insights, usability testing, user interface design, and information architecture to many of the World’s and Asia’s leading multinational companies including – Unilever, Citibank, HSBC, Paypal, UBS, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Fedex, Mitsubishi, Electrolux, Singtel, M1, Optus, Telstra, Vodafone, MTV and the ABC. He also works with many research houses such as IPSOS, Millward Brown, TNS, Neilsen and universities in the Asia-Pacific region.

James dedicates his time as a Fellow of NTU’s ACI, and as an adjunct lecturer teaching Service Innovation, Eye Tracking and User Research at the National University of Singapore. He is also an adjunct lecturer in Organisational Psychology at UNSW and Macquarie University. He has a chapter in Current Trends in Eye Tracking Research and is published widely in popular press.
