Lamia Pardo, Helo

Former Head of Growth Marketing

Lamia Pardo is a performance-driven marketing and strategy professional with 10+ years of experience in building tech consumer brands and nurturing loyalty for a wide range of products in the US, Latin America, and Asia.

Lamia started her Marketing career at Leo Burnett working with global reputable companies (P&G, Samsung, and McDonald’s) and bringing in new clients to the agency. Throughout her dozens of projects she helped companies launch new product lines and grow existing brands by developing more data-driven campaigns.

Her passion for data and learning new technologies led her to the startup world where she has spent the last 6 years building marketing and analytics programs. First, in the US, she was part of the founding team at a fintech company Pangea Money Transfer. As the SVP of Growth, she built the marketing programs to launch and scale the brand across 15 countries. When she was not focused on marketing initiatives, she was fundraising and building the finance and analytics functions for the company. She then moved to Singapore to help an investor launch two tech ventures, Helo (a social live streaming app) and Consentium (the first chat and crypto wallet with a community monetization model). In October 2018, she launched her own venture Atelier Souk, an online platform that curates fun and unique artisan-made products.

Lamia believes in constantly learning by doing but she also has a M.S Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
