Neslihan Kocak is an insights professional who is extremely ‘passionate’ about consumers and putting consumers at the heart of every decision. She has started her career in Istanbul Turkey in Turkcell (leading telecom company), followed by McKinsey and Philip Morris. For the last 11 years, she is with Kraft / Mondelez and had moved twice: first to Dubai to lead EEMEA Insights Function followed by Chocolate Category Insights and then to Singapore to lead AMEA Chocolate Category Insights & Analytics. She loves chocolate and cannot think of a world without chocolate. In the spirit of understanding what other chocolate lovers are doing & expecting from the category, she started investigating the ways that would enable her and the teams at MDLZ to stay in tune with consumers and this is how her digital immersion passion has started.
