Priyanka Bhargav, Myntra

Head of Consumer Research & Insights
Priyanka is Head of Consumer/ Brand Research & Insights and PR at Myntra. In this role, she is responsible for setting the strategic direction for Myntra and enabling various categories to grow and contribute to Myntra’s profitability. She also leads Lifestyle & Thought Leadership PR for Myntra & Jabong. She brings with her over 13 years of diverse experience in consumer & brand research, strategy, operations and PR with a passion for advanced big data analytics.
In her previous role as Group Business Director with Kantar – IMRB, she worked on evolving the Customer satisfaction model and usage of NPS. She worked across geographies and sectors and was responsible for growing business by almost 50% YOY.
Prior to joining IMRB, Priyanka was leading Research & Analytics at Jet Airways and worked across multiple geographies, including India, Belgium, China, & US east coast. She played instrumental role in launch of Trans-atlantic and European routes for 9W.

She has authored and presented numerous papers on use of AI in research at ESOMAR Amsterdam ‘17, Paper on segmentation and use of technology selected at IIex 2017, Beunos Aires, IIeX Bangkok’17, IIeX Amsterdam ‘18, MRSI 2018.
Priyanka is an MBA from IMI, New Delhi and a Phys (Hons.) graduate from Delhi University.
