Rex Lam, currently the Head of Marketing of honestbee Hong Kong, has been experimenting with the synergy of design thinking and data-driven marketing throughout his career. He started his early career in the advertising agencies, Ogilvy and Saatchi & Saatchi, spearheading the digital transformation in the creative houses. The data-driven creativity led him to win the Gold Award of media innovation of Effie Awards Greater China. Then, he moved on to growing startups and running innovations for the renowned century-old family business, Lee Kum Kee. What excites him, is the beauty of conflicts: left brain and right brain, legacy and innovation, automation and human touch, data and creativity.
