Head of Research, Twitter
Samit Vyas heads up the Research & Analytics team for Asia Pacific and Japan at Twitter. Samit focuses his efforts on providing the requisite knowledge to internal stakeholders and external Clients on Usage behavior on Twitter and its effectiveness as a Marketing/Advertising Platform. He is a core member of the Global Ad Research Leadership team at Twitter, which explores cutting edge research Initiatives to help clients get the maximum leverage from their marketing communication activities on the platform. Prior to joining Twitter, Samit worked with Yahoo!, managing their Southeast Asia Insights & Strategy team. He was also involved with setting up the Client Research team for the Marketing Solutions business at LinkedIn. Samit has a diverse work and cultural experience, having worked across Media, Consulting & Research organisations and having lived in Singapore and India. He holds a Masters degree in Business Management and Bachelors degree in Commerce from University of Delhi, India.
