Stephanie is a customer experience leader with expertise in helping global brands respond competitively to an evolving digital landscape and changing consumer expectations. After a career working with blue-chip brands at leading advertising agencies including J. Walter Thompson, FCB and Publicis, Stephanie is now supporting Prudential’s mission to become a truly customer-centric organization. Previously Stephanie was responsible for transforming HSBC’s approach to digital marketing in Singapore, making it into a test market for the region. This included a focus on mobile-first customer experience, content, social media, mobile innovation, programmatic and search. Over the past year, Stephanie presented at the Future of Digital Banking, Econsultancy’s Digital Cream, Marketing Customer Experience Conference, 20:20 Customer Experience in Financial Services and the Asian Banking Forum. She was a judge for the 2016 Mob-Ex Awards and is a past contributor to industry publications including The Drum, Campaign Asia-Pacific and Marketing Magazine. Stephanie holds a Global Master of Arts from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration from York University.
