Wee Leng heads the Diploma in Consumer Behaviour and Research program in Republic Polytechnic and lead a team of academia in the development of the institution’s Consumer Insights Lab. She and her team are strong advocates in bringing the industry and institution together through joint partnership and collaboration to build knowledge in Consumer Behaviour Insights for Business and Social Applications. Over her course of work, she had worked with organisations and partners on projects ranging across different commercial sectors such as FMGC , Cosmetics, Fragrances, F& B, Sports, Media as well as social sectors.
Prior to joining Republic Polytechnic, Wee Leng worked in the field of Consumer, Retail and Corporate Marketing. She had spearheaded new business concepts and enjoys research topics on branding, advertising and especially those that are related to youth behaviour and motivation. She believes that the work of the industry and institutions complement each
