Vivien leads mobile initiatives for Kantar in Asia Pacific. He implements best practices keeping his focus on making mobile experience better, both online and through powerful apps. He activates tech innovation through geo-fencing, chat bots, video analytics, recognology or other means to ensure Kantar brands remain a leader in mobile market research in both developed & emerging markets in the region.

Vivien has extensive knowledge on large scale projects and has been working on global trackers since 2008, handling fieldwork processes world-wide, managing automation reporting while heading several project management teams in Singapore and across Asia. Vivien has also been a key player spreading innovative delivery solutions such as interactive dashboards or automated reporting. Aside from technical innovation and project management know-how, he is also recognized for his data visualization skills.
